Netflix has released the full-length trailer for The Gentlemen Season 2, giving fans their first extended look at the next chapter of Guy Ritchie’s hit crime series. The new season premieres September 3, 2026, and Netflix has already confirmed that The Gentlemen will return for Season 3, with Ritchie once again behind the camera.
The eight-episode second season picks up one year after the events of the first season, with Eddie Horniman (Theo James) and Susie Glass (Kaya Scodelario) continuing to expand their criminal empire overseas. However, their growing ambitions come with new complications, and Eddie begins to question whether Bobby’s increasingly reckless decisions could put everything they have built at risk.
Theo James and Kaya Scodelario are joined in the cast by Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Daniel Ings, Giancarlo Esposito, Jasmine Blackborow, Michael Vu, Harry Goodwins, Ruby Sear, and Pearce Quigley. New Season 2 cast members include Hugh Bonneville, Benjamin Clementine, Benedetta Porcaroli, Michele Morrone, Sergio Castellitto, Amra Mallassi, Tyler Conti, professional boxer Chris Eubank Jr. and television personality Maya Jama.
Netflix also announced that The Gentlemen will return for a third season, with creator Guy Ritchie once again directing.
“The ambition of The Gentlemen has accelerated, the world has expanded and the consequences carry weight,” Ritchie said. “A third season felt inevitable, and I’m looking forward to pushing the boundaries of it further.”
Details about the Season 3 story are being kept under wraps for now, although Ritchie and Matthew Read are set to write the new season, with Ritchie directing. Season 3 is currently planned as another eight-episode season, with each episode running approximately 60 minutes.
Guy Ritchie created the series and co-wrote Season 2 with Matthew Read, Danielle Ward, John Jackson, and Iain Weatherby. Ritchie, Eran Creevy and Nick Rowland direct the new episodes. The Gentlemen is produced by Moonage Pictures for Netflix and Miramax TV.

Netflix says the first season became a global hit after its March 2024 debut, reaching the Netflix Global Top 10 in more than 90 countries and claiming the No. 1 position in 75 countries. The series reportedly generated 100 million views globally between 2024 and 2025.
