The Incredible Hulk director Louis Leterrier goes on a Monster Hunt

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

The Incredible Hulk

Director Louis Letterier has worked with some monsters in his day, having brought us the remake of CLASH OF THE TITANS and the Hulk vs. Abomination brawl in THE INCREDIBLE HULK. Now he's teaming up with Lionsgate and Hasbro to go on a MONSTER HUNT.

The involvement of Hasbro doesn't necessarily mean that the monsters in the film will be recognizable characters from one of the company's toy lines, as Hasbro has been planning to branch out with original films.

MONSTER HUNT has been in development since 2013 and still hasn't quite been cracked; the search is on for writers who can put together a satisfactory draft of the story, which is

described as a rural “Men In Black” action-comedy centered on two brothers.

SHOCKER star turned big time director Peter Berg (he directed BATTLESHIP for Hasbro) will be producing the film.

We'll keep you updated on MONSTER HUNT as the pieces are assembled.
