The Power Rangers have no respect for cars in the first teaser poster

Last Updated on July 31, 2021

POWER RANGERS will follow five "ordinary" high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. The TV show may be a thing of yesteryear but the Power Rangers looks like they're going to be back with a vengeance, and the teaser poster is here to prove it. Check it out!

I have no great love for the original show (gasp!) but I absolutely love the casting so far with this flick. Elizabeth Banks looks like she's ready to chew up some scenery as Rita Repulsa (pictured below), and Bryan Cranston was recently announced as the giant talking head. If the acting is decent and the action plentiful, I don't see what's not to love!

POWER RANGERS will open in theaters on March 24, 2017.
