It's all good and well when destruction on a massive scale is the result of super heroes duking it out, but sometimes mother nature has to show 'em all how it's done. Enter SAN ANDREAS. The Rock himself, Dwayne Johnson, plays a rescue chopper pilot who, in the aftermath of a massive earthquake in California, has to make a dangerous journey in order to rescue his estranged daughter. The first trailer has it all in the form of up some quality actors, concerned looks, and lots and lots of damage!

I defy anyone to say that this flick doesn't look like it's going to be a good time. The filmmakers seem to know exactly what they're going for, and Dwayne Johnson has carved himself a charismatic niche in the leading actor department. This, coupled with FURIOUS 7, looks to bring us The Rock and all sorts of glorified popcorn action. 2015 is looking like the year for films of all varieties! I can't wait!

SAN ANDREAS, featuring Dwayne Johnson, Carla Gugino, Paul Giamatti and Alexandra Daddario, will be unleashed in theaters on May 29, 2015.

Only Christopher Walken could complete this.
