Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Fear not if you do not live near one of the 30 theaters screening the debut of the STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – THE FORCE AWAKENS teaser this weekend. While traffic is already going to be brutal with folks fighting for the last twenty dollar toaster at Wal-Mart, the rest of us can sleep in, brew some coffee, and flip open our laptops to catch the goodness of J.J. Abrams sequel in the comfort of our own homes.

The official STAR WARS Twitter feed posted this little surprise today.

That’s right. iTunes will be the lucky recipient of crippling web traffic on Friday as everyone tries to get their first look at Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher back in character for the first time since 1983. Plus, we will hopefully get a glimpse at all of the new cast-members in costume for the 88 seconds of awesome that is coming soon. You can also rest assured we will be posting the trailer here at JoBlo.com just as soon as it comes online.

STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – THE FORCE AWAKENS opens on December 18, 2015. Until Friday, enjoy this well made fan trailer.
