The 3rd Annual JoBlo.com Halloween Costume Contest was our best year yet, with the most entries we've had in the contest thus far! There's such a wide variety of choices, too, from original concepts to outstanding recreations of familiar ones; you guys once again did NOT make it easy to choose a winner and that's saying something.
