Think, McFly, think! What’s the deal with this new Back to the Future video?

Great Scott!

Here’s a BTTF WTF — a new “found footage” video featuring a famous film vehicle and its frazzled genius owner.

The Google translation of the Spanish description mentions that it was filmed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and it obviously features an original star of the BACK TO THE FUTURE movies… But is it a fan film? An advertisement? A viral video for something more?

At the very least, it’s a charge seeing our favorite quirky scientist in action again. Check it out and speculate!

UPDATE: JoBlo reader Matthew D. pointed out this thread on the forum for Telltale Games (the makers of the recent BTTF games) that states this is an advertisement for an electronics shop. The Delorean will apparently be on display in the location where it ended up in the video.
