Who is ready for more HUNGER GAMES? Okay, who is ready for more Jennifer Lawrence?

There’s a new teaser poster for THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, and it’s basically like the first poster for the last film except more…fiery? Also take notice that the emblem is now a clock. Thanks for the heads up from some fans!

I find it interesting that Philip Seymour Hoffman decided to take part in this. While I don’t think this is terrible nor do I think it’s TWILIGHT, I wonder if Hoffman did it because he genuinely liked the role or if he wanted to make a few extra bucks. No judgments here. I’ll take Hoffman in anything ever on this planet. There’s always this air of awkwardness when he comes onscreen. Not too go to girly here, but the costumes are a little much this time around. Pleather shoulder pads? What? Okay, I’m done now…sorry.

Synopsis: In the thrilling sequel THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, Katniss Everdeen and fellow tribute Peeta Mellark have barely returned home after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games when they are whisked away once again by the Capitol. Forced to leave her family and best friend Gale, Katniss is dispatched on a victory tour of Panem with Peeta, where rebellion is seething in all 12 districts. The Capitol is enraged and ready to strike back as President Snow prepares the most diabolical edition of the Hunger Games yet. THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will be directed by Francis Lawrence, and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the second in a trilogy that has over 36 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and Woody Harrelson is set to release on November 22, 2013.
