The UK-set home invasion thriller TIGER HOUSE is taking a page out of Adam Wingard’s YOU’RE NEXT as a gang of a-holes get a whole hell of a lot more than they bargained for after taking a family hostage. Theatre director Thomas Daley is at the helm of this one as it sees “Skins” star Kaya Scodelario take on the role of Kelly, a teenager who fights back after an armed gang break into her boyfriend’s home and take him and his family hostage. TIGER HOUSE is the first film by to be produced by Glass Man Films, comprised of producers Richard Mansell (ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE) and Tarquin Glass, in partnership with South African producer Ronnie Apteker (MATERIAL). Also starring in the film is Ed Skrein and Dougray Scott.
Expect it in UK cinemas and, depending on Glass Man Films' Cannes distribution deals, elsewhere, later this year. Keep an eye here for more as we get it!
