So how are you guys feeling about Joe Carnahan’s upcoming survival romp THE GREY? Personally I can’t help but feel we’ve seen this before, with the whole survival aspect and a paranoid group of survivors. But then again I’m a big fan of both Joe Carnahan and star Liam Neeson so perhaps there’s something more to this one?

Either way we’ve got a trio of brand new stills from the flick to show you guys today! And what a surprise – all three shots show a very tense and paranoid Liam Neeson! Score! Just scroll away above and below for the goods.

THE GREY follows a group of roughnecks left stranded by a plane crash right in the hunting zone of a pack of rogue wolves on the frozen Alaskan tundra.

Along with Neeson the killer wolf flick is also set to star Dallas Roberts, James Badge Dale, Dermot Mulroney, Nonso Anozie and Joe Anderson. This shindig is set to go down in just a couple months on January 27th so expect a lot more updates as we spill into the new year.
