Thunderball: James Bond Revisited

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Bond, James Bond. Those three simple words are arguably the most famous in screen history, kicking off a franchise that’s lasted fifty-eight years, twenty five films and six actors in the lead and has grossed seven billion dollars to date and, arguably has shown more longevity than any other in screen history thanks to its ability to both reinvent itself for new generations and the fact that it never loses sight of what made it so popular in the first place.

So join us here at JoBlo as we continue our look back at the franchise with the fourth James Bond film, THUNDERBALL, which came out at the height of Bond-mania and, to this day, ranks as the second most popular James Bond movie ever (adjusted for inflation). So grad a vodka martini (shaken, not stirred) and join us here on James Bond Revisited!
