Having wrapped up the Michael Chabon adapted MYSTERIES OF PITTSBURGH, DODGEBALL director Rawson Marshall Thurber has now set his sights on writing and directing ELFQUEST, a feature adaptation of the cult comic of the same name. Coming from Wendy and Richard Pini, the story centers on a tribe of elves known as the Wolfriders who inhabit an Earth-like planet and try to co-exist with other fairy tale creatures. They can also apparently be very violent and are also, it seems, quite horny elves (though it’s likely this will be a PG-13 flick) – and with hot elf babes like the one to the right, who can blame them. The property has been on the Hollywood back burner for a long time now but maybe Thurber will be the guy to finally bring those crazy horny elves to the big screen. What do you guys think?
