Trailer is found for quirky indie film Dave Made a Maze

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

When you were a kid, did you ever make forts out of cardboard? As well as swords, armor, action figures, and pretend Playstations with little cardboard disks? Probably not the last few things, since you probably weren't dirt poor like me, but kids making things out of cardboard for fun seems to be a normal kid thing to do. Like most things, children's imaginations help to fill in the blanks and anything can lead to a grand adventure.

Well, it seems the new film DAVE MADE A MAZE taps into that child-like wonder, while also couching it in an indie relationship comedy. Here's the official synopsis:

When Dave builds a fort in his living room, he gets trapped inside by booby traps and creatures. With no way out, his girlfriend puts together a rescue team to rescue him.

But that description doesn't even touch how awesome and weird this shit looks, you have to see it for yourself. So without further ado, here's the trailer to DAVE MADE A MAZE:

Meanwhile, DAVE MADE A MAZE will officially hit theaters August 18th, 2017.
