Mark Dacascos has been one of my favorite action heroes for about twenty-five years, so it was very cool to see that he landed a role in JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 3. Now I'm really looking forward to watching him battle his way through a zombie apocalypse in director Wych Kaosayananda's upcoming film THE DRIVER.

Fighting both Keanu Reeves and zombies within a span of seven months, now that's a good year.

Written by Steve Poirier, THE DRIVER has a very simple synopsis:

In a zombie apocalypse, one man desperately tries to keep his family alive.

That's all you really need, when that "one man" is played by Dacascos. His family in the film is played by members of his real family, wife Julie Condra and daughter Noelani Dacascos.

The trailer for THE DRIVER can be seen below. The film is set to reach DVD, Digital, and On Demand on November 26th.

Copies of the DVD can be pre-ordered at THIS LINK.
