Trailer: Najarra Townsend searches for a missing child in Wolf Mother

Last Updated on July 21, 2021

A teaser trailer has been released online for WOLF MOTHER, a noir crime thriller from writer/director Erik Peter Carlson that stars Kevin Pinassi, Tom Sizemore, Kaegan Baron, Dave Vescio, Maria Olsen, and CONTRACTED's Najarra Townsend in what seems to be a great role for her.

Synopsis:

In an attempt to rectify their criminal past, a once successful Hollywood starlet turned prostitute and a petty thief set out together to solve a high profile child abduction case in San Francisco.

Judging by the trailer, WOLF MOTHER appears to be one dark, intense ride. Following the trail to the missing child leads the characters into a confrontation with "a Mansonesque clan", so you can probably expect things to get pretty messed up as the story progresses. Townsend's character looks prepared, however – especially in the moment that caps off this minute long teaser.

Check it out and see what you think, then take a moment to admire the cool poster the film has as well:
