Trailer released for sci-fi action-thriller Battlefield 2025

Uncork'd Entertainment has released a new trailer for their upcoming sci-fi action-thriller BATTLEFIELD 2025, which is about:

Weekend campers, an escaped convict, young lovers and a police officer experience a night of terror when a hostile visitor from another world descends on a small Arizona town.

I actually like the premise (the escaped convict thing reminds me of Riddick's role in the original PITCH BLACK, of all things), and even if it isn't good, it looks like it could be a fun movie to riff. I'll probably check it out some lonely Saturday (i.e. every Saturday).

Meanwhile, BATTLEFIELD 2025 – written/directed by Joseph Mbah and starring Jose Rosete, Anna Harr, Dustin Leighton, Caleb Thomas, Alaina Laethem, Adam Michael Gold, and Titus Covington – will be released on digital July 7th.

But what do you guys think? Either way, sound off below!
