Yesterday in Daytona, Florida, TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON stars Josh Duhamel and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and director Michael Bay served as honorary grand marshals for the Daytona 500. So it’s no surprise that during the race, Paramount ran a new :30 TV spot for the film that showed off some new footage and some new robots.

Most of the footage we’re seeing from the film at this point centers around the destruction of a major city (it was filmed in Chicago but I’m not sure what city it’s supposed to be in the movie). What new stuff we get in this trailer is our first look at the Stunticons, three Nascar-themed Transformers (one red, one blue and one green). They’re traditionally Decepticons and were named Motormaster, Drag Strip, Dead End, Breakdown and Wild Rider but it’s unclear if any of those names or their affiliation will carry over to the film.
