The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Timothy Olyphant, he of DEADWOOD and HITMAN fame, is set to star in a thriller ironically called A PERFECT GETAWAY.

Olyphant will play a newlywed whose Hawaiian honeymoon becomes a nightmare when he and his bride are stalked by two killers.

See, there’s nothing “perfect” about that getaway at all! Credit that bit of hilarity to David Twohy, who is writing and directing the flick. Twohy is responsible for PITCH BLACK and THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK – as well as the FUGITIVE screenplay. The man’s a pro with varying degrees of success, so let’s see what he can do with what sounds like a taut little chiller.
