scored some interesting news today regarding possible casting for the upcoming Quentin Tarantino/ Robert Rodriguez horror-epic GRIND HOUSE. Marley Shelton, who not only had a small role in the begining of (opposite Josh Hartnett), but who was also starred as the scream queen of the hour in the slasher

Shelton seems like a great addition to HOUSE, as not only is she hot, but she has some horror roots in her. VALENTINE might not be a classic, but it sure as hell is entertaining to watch! No word if she’s going to star in Tarantino’s DEATH PROOF or Rodriguez’s PROJECT TERROR, but does it really matter? Either way she’s stoked and so are we.

This isn’t an ‘official’ casting announcement or anything, but when the stars are of this caliber (i.e., not superstars), then you can pretty much assume that it’s legit.
