The spirit of Paul Walker is being integrated into FAST AND FURIOUS 7 as star Vin Diesel continues to share photos and tidbits from the production online for the fans. While Walker’s brothers are completing the footage the late actor was unable to film himself, many are wondering how the Brian O’Conner character will be sent off in James Wan‘s anticipated sequel.

On his Facebook page, Vin Diesel recently shared a pair of photos worth noting. The first, as seen at the top of this story, came with a comment calling the scene being filmed that day as a nostalgic one that reminded the star of a similar moment from FAST FIVE. Whether the above image is a screenshot from FAST FIVE or the newly filmed scene is unknown. Diesel also included this image.

It looks like it may turn out that fan theories that Walker and Jordana Brewster‘s characters will be written out of the plot and future films in the franchise is coming to a reality. When in the film this happens is unknown, but I would venture from the amount of filming Walker completed and how much his brothers were needed, it will be a good way through the film.

From all indications, Universal, James Wan, Vin Diesel, and the entire cast and crew of FAST AND FURIOUS 7 are approaching this farewell with respect and dignity. As fans, we will just have to wait until April 10, 2015 to see the final result.
