Warrior’s Way trailer

Wow, when I first heard of this project a few years back, it was called LAUNDRY WARRIOR and was going to co-star Zhang Ziyi. It lost both, but still seems to have quite a few crazy tricks up its loose-fitting sleeve.

WARRIOR’S WAY stars popular South Korean actor Jang Dong-Kun (TAE GUK GI: BROTHERHOOD OF WAR, 2009 LOST MEMORIES) as a wandering Old West laundryman/swordsman defending a lost town of circus performers from a gang of evil bandits.

Kate Bosworth steps in as the perfectly capable love interest, and the great Danny Huston and Geoffrey Rush chew the dusty scenery. The bizarro action-fantasy comes from director Sngmoo Lee, and seems like a tasty mashup of spaghetti westerns, wuxia and LONE WOLF AND CUB. Check out the wild promo reel below.
