Ah yeah, it’s BIRDEMIC time!

You recall James Nguyen’s unabashed b-level schlock-fest about a malicious flock of birds out to subsume a small town, don’t-cha? Hell, it’s only been about two and half weeks since Mr. Pacheco threw you a new trailer, clip and behind-the-scenes video for the damn film…so ya should! Either way, how’d ya feel about a look at the official trailer for the film?

Watch out though, this sucker’s a doozy! That’s really all I have to say.

Officially titled BIRDEMIC: SHOCK AND TERROR, the proclaimed romantic thriller gears up after a platoon of eagle & vultures attack the residence of a small town. Many people died. It’s not known what caused the flying menace to attack. Two people (Alan Bagh and Whitney Moore) managed to fight back, but will they survive Birdemic?

Obviously a blatant BIRDS knockoff, BIRDEMIC even features archival footage of Tippi Hedren (star of Hitchcock’s 1963 classic), as well as some of the most mind-numbingly uninspired CGI perhaps ever committed to celluloid. Which is no small feat!

The flick will enjoy a world premiere on February 27th at the Cinefamily theater in Los Angeles, and will be hosted by Tim and Eric of Adult Swim fame.

Severin Films also plans a limited theatrical release sometime later this year.

Trailer time, yo!

For as pretty a girl as Whitney Moore is (star of BIRDEMIC), she sure seems vastly under represented on the web!
