We Want to Believe: The Haunted Village investigation begins!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

The investigators at the center of our Paranormal Network series We Want to Believe are working a new case in the latest episode. Embedded above is part 1 of the Haunted Village investigation!

This investigation begins on a cold weekend before Halloween, when the team is brought in to explore the Village of Ashcroft in British Columbia. As local John W. Fair provides information on the haunted locations, the We Want to Believe investigators learn the sad story of two deceased children and communicate with gold rush-era ghosts.

We Want to Believe is written and directed by Jason Hewlett. Hewlett had this to say about the new episode:

Our trip to Ashcroft was the first time the team had no idea what it was in for prior to an investigation. All we had was an invite from John W. Fair to explore the area’s haunted past. We got more than we bargained for in terms of encounters with potential spirits, and ticked one more off the paranormal investigator’s bucket list by spending the night in a local cemetery. And it was cold… very, very cold.
