My friends, a question. What do you do with a flick that combines sexy genre hotties, a slasher in a mask, lots of gore, cool genre actors, and ladies’ locker room/shower scenes? What do you do? You BEG for it! A lot of time has gone by since I last heard from this baby, which boasts a beautiful bevy of horror mamas. Said hotties are Debbie Rochon, Tiffany Shepis, Kristina Klebe, and PJ Soles! What an absolute dream cast (Tony Todd and Tony Moran make up the “cool genre actors”)!
And today, I just learned that their film is brandishing an all new website. Now, would I recommend it? Absolutely! Here’s a refresher of the plot: Burnt out detective Jack Fox is being forced into early retirement. When the worst serial killer since the Boston Strangler begins a killing spree, Jack is torn between a life of retirement and sanity, or helping rookie detective Steve Ryan stop the maniac who is stalking the streets of Salem.
BEG was written and directed by Kevin MacDonald and is looking to release some time this Fall.
