Rob Zombie’s LORDS OF SALEM is currently shooting in LA; they spent the first few weeks of the shoot in Salem and last week moved on. Despite being well into shooting, another cast member was announced yesterday!

Child actor Brandon Cruz is apart of the cast playing a drug counselor. Now Brandon as a kid was someone I loved, I was an avid watcher of the series THE COURTSHIP OF EDDIE’S FATHER and he played the title role of Eddie. Very cool to see him show up now and in a Rob Zombie film no less.

The Courtship Of Salem

Child star Brandon Cruz has joined the cast of THE LORDS OF SALEM as Ted Delta, a local Salem drug counselor.

Brandon was a staple of 70’s TV appearing in such shows as The Incredible Hulk, Police Story, Kung Fu, Gunsmoke and of course as Eddie along side Bill Bixby in the hit show The Courtship Of Eddie’s Father. Add to that a starring turn in the 1976 smash film The Bad News Bears.

During is absence from acting Brandon has focused on music, heading the punk band Dr. Know during the 80’s and more recently replacing Jello Biafra in the legendary band The Dead Kennedys.

This insane cast also includes Patricia Quinn, Sid Haig, Judy Geesonn, Bruce Davidson, Christopher Knight, Ken Foree, Billy Drago, Richard Lynch, John Five, Lisa Marie, Maria Conchita Alonso, Dee Wallace, Sheri Moon Zombie (below), Meg Foster, Ernest Thomas, Barbara Crampton and Jeff Daniel Phillips.
