Wes Bentley’s days as a peculiar kid with a paper bag fascination are long gone. Now it’s unimpressed gamemaker with strange facial hair but I don’t think he’ll be back for that job.

No reason to feel bad for the guy, he was just cast in Christopher Nolan’s INTERSTELLAR. The actor will join an already impressive cast including Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck and Topher Grace. This is the last big part to be cast which is described as a “meaty supporting role”.

The film scripted by Nolan’s brother Jonathan will explore time travel and alternate dimensions, and sees a group of explorers travel through a wormhole.

No word yet on when production begins.
