Back in 2006 it was announced Legendary Pictures (the production team behind 300, SUPERMAN RETURNS and BATMAN BEGINS) were teaming up with Blizzard Entertainment for a live-action WORLD OF WARCRAFT movie. Sadly it’s almost two years later and we don’t have much of an update on the movie. It was rumored to be set for a 2009 release but that doesn’t seem likely at this point. What we do have though is a cinematic trailer for the upcoming WoW game “Wrath of the Lich King.” This will give us an idea of (hopefully) what the movie will look like. And if it looks like this, I’m in!
