It’s been a long time since we’ve reported anything on WRONG TURN 3 and that is just wrong! Ugh, sorry for that lame joke, but I blame it on the vodka. And if I ever ran into that dude up top, I don’t think that all the vodka in the world would be able keep me from pissing in my britches. Yes, we now have some initial images from our third helping of the backwoods cannibal bbq-fest!
Up top is pretty self-explanatory. Down below, you’ll find a pic that truly pertains to the plot. You may already be asking yourselves why a bus of convicts is stopped in the dark in the middle of nowhere. Well, we’d better get to the plot and find out! Here:
Fonda and her friends go to the woods for a couple of days. Her friends are killed by the wild, now staple mutant killer, Three Finger, who of course cannibalizes them. She is left to fend for herself, but not for long. Meanwhile some dangerous prisoners are being transferred by Nate Wilson, a prison warden, on his last day before leaving to become a lawyer. During transport their truck is attacked by Three Finger and the prisoners escape.
Okay, now the pic below should make sense. It’s kind of an interesting mix of characters and situations. I did feel that WRONG TURN 2 was a big improvement over the first WRONG TURN. Perhaps this series could perform the rare task of actually getting better with each subsequent sequel. I guess we’ll find out this fall when WT3 hits DVD from director Declan O’Brien. It stars Tom Frederic, Janet Montgomery, Tamer Hassan, Gil Kolirin, Mike Straub, Borislav Iliev, and Chucky Venice.
