You can possess Insidious: Chapter 3 on Blu-Ray and DVD this October

Leigh Whannell's INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 3 was a flick that proved that the franchise still had some juice left, mainly in the form of Lin Shaye's sometimes bedraggled, sometimes ass-kicking medium Elise Rainier. Fans of the ghostly flick won't have to wait long to get their mitts on their own copy, because it's coming to Digital HD on September 22 and Blu-Ray and DVD on October 6, 2015.

The DVD extras will include a "Making Of" featurette, and the Blu-Ray will include that as well as deleted scenes and four more featurettes, one of which is “Being Haunted: A Psychic Medium Speaks,” which shows Leigh Whannell's inspiration for the hauntings and a tour of a haunted location with Psychic Medium Michael J. Kouri.

This chilling prequel, set before the haunting of the Lambert family, reveals how gifted psychic Elise Rainier reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.
