You’s Elizabeth Lail is running out of time in Countdown trailer

Just two days ago, I finished a Netflix watch-through of the ten episode first season of the thriller TV series You, which starred Elizabeth Lail as a woman who gets involved with a guy who has some very dark secrets. Now the trailer for writer/director Justin Dec's horror film COUNTDOWN has arrived online, and it shows Lail getting mixed up in a different sort of scary situation.

COUNTDOWN shows what happens when 

a young nurse downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die. It tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a mysterious figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out.  

I don't think I'm going to like this as much as I enjoyed You, but I'm on board to give it a chance.

Lail's co-stars include Peter Facinelli, P.J. Byrne, Anne Winters, comedian Tom Segura, Jordan Calloway, Tichina Arnold, and Talitha Bateman.

The film was produced by Zack Schiller, John Rickard, Sean Anders, and John Morris. 

STXfilms will be bringing COUNTDOWN to theatres on October 25th.
