Zach Galifianakis is going to pass on playing John Belushi in Todd Phillips’ biopic

JoBloJoBlo

When we were trying to decide who would make a good pick for John Belushi in the biopic being planned by Todd Phillips, did we mention Zach Galifianakis?

Go ahead and count him out. Galifianakis spoke with Phillips on the subject awhile back, but hasn’t recently. So what was his answer when asked if he would take on the role? “No, I don’t think so,” said Galifianakis without hesitation.

He then continues saying, “That’s a little bit…I could play maybe the guy Grizzly Adams. You know that story?” Galifianakis quickly throws his head back and shouts, “Mom, what’s Grizzly Adams? Mom! Mom!”

Check the video out. It’s 44 seconds, but worth the watch.
