I Kill Giants Madison Wolfe

The first batch of images to be released from director Anders Walter's adaptation of the Joe Kelly graphic novel I KILL GIANTS don't reveal a lot, but they do show the film's lead actresses Zoe Saldana and Madison Wolfe in character.

Wolfe, who you may know from Scream: The TV Series or THE CONJURING 2, plays

a misfit girl battling real and imagined monsters in her life.

Saldana plays the girl's school psychologist. Imogen Poots co-stars in the film, but details on her character have not been shared.

I KILL GIANTS was produced by Chris Columbus, Kim Magnusson, Kyle Franke, Man of Action Entertainment, Umedia, and XYZ Films. XYZ is also handling international sales and is currently presenting the film to potential buyers at the Cannes Film Festival.

I haven't read I KILL GIANTS, but word of mouth is very positive and the book racked up a slew of awards, even being named the "Best Indy Book of 2008" by IGN. Kelly wrote the screenplay adaptation himself. If you'd like to pick up a copy of the graphic novel before the movie is released, you can do so at THIS LINK.
