Demi Moore will no longer be playing Gloria Steinem in Lovelace

I really hate having to remotely report anything that sounds like “gossip” but that’s just what goes along with news like this.

Demi Moore was attached to play hardcore feminist, Gloria Steinem in Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman‘s biopic LOVELACE. As you are all aware, the story centers on the first major pornstar, Linda Lovelace who starred in the classic (yes, classic) porn flick, DEEP THROAT. Eventually it came out that her husband forced her into the business along with claims of abuse. She later became a feminist and activist against the porn industry.

Recently, news broke that Moore and her cougar conquest, Ashton Kutcher were getting a divorce after six years of marriage. Then it comes out that earlier this week that Moore was rushed to the hospital to deal with a case of exhaustion. Now she will enter treatment to rest, so the actress has dropped out of the biopic.

Amanda Seyfried, Peter Sarsgaard, Sharon Stone, Wes Bentley, Juno Temple, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Eric Roberts, Adam Brody, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, and James Franco are still on board.

Please don’t let Eric Roberts drop out.
