It’s Max Payne, baby!

Earlier today, we told you about former “That 70s Show” self-centered biznitch and current Jason Segel rebound hottie Mila Kunis recently being cast as collaborative assassin Mona Sax in the currently filming MAX PAYNE, an adaptation of the deliciously pulp noir video game series of the same name, and now we have a first look at Mark Wahlberg as the relentlessly brooding, melancholic, revenge-fueled former DEA agent himself! The atmosphere looks appropriately MaxPayne-ish what with the rain and whatnot but I’m still having trouble actually believing Wahlberg can pull off Payne. Though I’ll reserve judgment until I hear his voice over spewing a delightfully ludicrous series of melancholic metaphors. Check out the pic big-sized courtesy of the good folks at Kotaku over HERE.
