Have the bosses trying to kill them and they get the sadistic Bob Newhart to help. Maybe a company took out life insurance policies on them and is trying to cash in by making it look like they are having accidents or something. Then they go visit Kevin Spacey in prison like Hannibal Lecter for advice.

Um...why?

The idea that these SAME three guys should be involved with the story of a sequel is completely retarded. I'd be okay with another installment had we a whole new cast. The idea of continuing with the same actor's is just a cash cow influx. Zero interest.

Since I find the "bosses" the best part of the movie, I think the following would be inspired choices: Jeff Goldblum, Anthony Hopkins, Irdis Elba. I also think Mel Gibson would be great, but I'm not sure the studio would go for him.

Pretty mixed feelings on this announcement....I freaking love Horrible Bosses. I think its honestly one of the funniest movie to come out in years, way better than even the first Hangover in my opinion. I was a huuuuuge fan of the first Hangover when it was in theaters but on multiple viewings it becomes less and less funny. With Horrible Bosses I laugh just as hard every time I watch it. I'm worried that this is going to cheapen the first one just like Hangover 2 did.

The writers are going to have to work extremely hard to come up with a great new idea for this film. I kinda like the idea below about them opening a business that screws over bosses. I think that has the biggest possibility for laughs and is not a cookie cutter of the original. Perhaps one of them is now a horrible boss? And its up to the others to stop him? Lets just say I'm more intrigued right now than excited.

I hope they come up with something original. Trying to kill their bosses a second time sounds like it might be given the "Hangover 2" treatment. Anyways, I'm currently watching Arrested Development and anything with Jason Batemen I'll go see.

Loved the first one and hopefully the sequel can live up to the original. The original is one of the best comedies to come out in awhile and Bateman, Day, and Sudekis all had great chemistry with one another.

But yes, please bring back Foxx for Motherfucker Jones!

As I am sure they'll try to turn this into a Hang Over franchise, the first one should be left well enough alone. I loved these characters. Basically type casted since I don't think Bateman or Day's performances were a bit of a stretch from anything they've done prior, which is fine. Like Michael Cera, stick to what you do best. I just feel these 3 worked great together. The timing and delivery among the 3 was spot on and I laughed every step of the way.

Sounds Great!

What the hell Jesse Giroux! "Horrible Bosses" was the funniest comedy of 2011. How could you see this film and feel even the slightest bit disappointed? I saw it in the theater and it was one of those RARE comedies where I was laughing the entire time, and that was without a single drop of rum. Bring back Newhart, and don't forget Foxx.
