That, my friends, is par for the course on this week’s GEEK CHICKS. So, if you’re eating or trying to get it in, this might not be the show for you. Thankfully, the lovely and charming Teresa Palmer stops by on her bike to class up the joint and to talk about TAKE ME HOME TONIGHT. She also now reigns as our new “Five Questions” champion.
There’s of course some Oscar talk, mainly of the “no1curr” variety and us girls get close to serious while discussing current events then decide it’s too depressing. Things go right back to farts and wieners though. There’s also an unhealthy amount of INCEPTION jokes.
We also discuss the ethical implications of crushing on Johnny Depp in character as RANGO, the confusing trailers for BEASTLY (no horse porn, wtf?), why Elijah Wood doesn’t have a face in THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU, and I SAW THE DEVIL (fucking close down that elevator already.)
The show rounds off with another stirring installment of “Ask a GEEK CHICK” and we try really hard to stop talking about Ashton Kutcher. (I mean seriously, are we going to bring up Kelso in every episode?) P.S. Happy Birthday Adam!
