Nine Legends trailer steps between the ropes to profile wrestling greats

As a fan of professional wrestling (or sports entertainment, if you want to call it that), I am always fascinated listening to those who have played an integral part in the industry sharing their knowledge of the business with the world. They've got stories to tell from the road. They have an understanding of the power of what they do and how vested in it the fans can get. They also know the price they pay mentally and physically in order to chase a dream that is often the only thing they could ever see themselves doing.

I'll always give a look or listen to anything that treats that profession with respect and looks to explore a number of those aspects of what makes a pro wrestler who they are, both collectively and individually, and that's why I've taken great interest in NINE LEGENDS. Profiling the defining moments of talent like Bill Goldberg, Chris Jericho, Amy Dumas (better known as Lita), Bret Hart (Get well, man!!), Rob Van Dam and several others, NINE LEGENDS uses the framing device of a grandfather showing his wrestling fan grandson just how cool he used to be back in the day interviewing these wrestlers. It looks to be an intriguing way to spend some time if wrestling is up your alley as we all head out on the road to WrestleMania in early-April.

NINE LEGENDS is currently streaming at NineLegendsFilm.com.

I've been thinking about checking this movie out. I was waiting for some word of mouth to see if it was good or bad. I love wrestling and even though right now it's in a bad rut, I'm excited to be heading to Dallas for my first live Wrestlemania!

Sounds good - I mean, there's a lot more to pro wrestling than the WWE, but it seems like they've picked a genuinely interesting bunch of grapplers to interview.

I'll check this out. I love seeing and hearing about behind the scenes stuff when it comes to wrestling. I would suggest anybody that loves seeing that stuff as well to check Kevin Nash's stories on YouTube. So much crazy and funny stuff went on behind the scenes back in the day.

I'll be giving this a view for sure! I've been a wrestling fan for 16 years now, and lived a dream when I attended WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans, halfway around the world from home. That being said, this is the first time that I've actually stopped watching Raw on a weekly basis. I've stuck by them thru the worst of times and I feel like I've paid my dues as a fan. The storytelling right now is abysmal. WWE is like Star Wars. It needs its George Lucas (Vince McMahon) to step away and allow a

Sorry for my lil' rant there. A passionate fan here, always will be, but WWE is so bad right now that it has turned me - a loyal, paying fan - away. I'll enjoy watching this though, some good old nostalgia :/

It is incredibly frustrating to watch now. They have great talent but push the wrong people. I have the network and love watching older PPV's, all the documentaries, and especially NXT. Raw and the PPV's are just terrible now because instead of going with fan favorites they force guys like Roman Reigns on the fans. It has to be embarrassing having their supposed biggest star getting booed constantly.

@Brer B8a: I absolutely love NXT but I'm even watching less of that these days. Imagine being invested in Season 1 of a show when you already know Season 2 is going to be fucking stupid and watered-down. That's NXT. No matter how good they are, the moment they're called to the main roster, they're subjected to lousy storytelling and even lousier matches. For all his accomplishments, it's amazing how Bray Wyatt isn't 10x the sensation he's supposed to be right now, if he didn't have to
