Sharp tongues and quick wit in the latest trailer for Roman Polanski’s Carnage

What’s missing from this latest trailer for Roman Polanski’s CARNAGE is the great moments of cussing that we saw in the film’s first (presumably non-official) trailer. I know I’ve said this before, but there’s just nothing like good, vulgar insults when they’re played for laughs.

That said, this latest official trailer is no slouch and makes up for the lack of “asses” and “shits” with some great comedic build-up and a wonderful display of actor chemistry. Early word on the film has been great, which excites me all the more.

CARNAGE rages into theaters December 16th.

Synopsis: After two boys duke it out on a playground, the parents of the “victim” invite the parents of the “bully” over to work out their issues. A polite discussion of child rearing soon escalates into verbal warfare, with all four parents revealing their true colors. None of them will escape the carnage.
