It's hard to imagine a movie like THE EXPENDABLES getting more star-studded but somehow Sylvester Stallone has done just that for the sequel. In addition to beefed up roles for Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger (who will no longer be resorted to a simple cameo), the sequel boasts Jean Claude Van-Damme, Liam Hemsworth and CHUCK NORRIS. [Insert your favorite CHUCK NORRIS joke here.]

While the original film looked like a police lineup of old action stars, the sequel doesn't make that same mistake. We've got an exclusive look at the poster for THE EXPENDABLES 2 (or EX2 as they're now calling it) and the cast is bringing the big guns. Literally.

I'm hoping that with a poster upon us that means a teaser trailer should be hitting theaters soon (with MISSION:IMPOSSIBLE maybe?). For now enjoy the sheer testosterone laden audacity of having Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris, Jason Statham, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren and Terry Crews all on the same poster.

...unfortunately, Lionsgate has declared this poster to be a photoshop fake, which explains why Sly is wearing the beret from Demolition man, and the Arnie and JCVD pictures look all too familiar.

u have a link to that confirmation? Its a bit of a confusing statement considering some of these dudes are wearing outfits the on set photos captured (e.g Norris, Van Damme, Lundgren) anyway even if its a fake its still masterly, no doubt.

Say what? they should have been killed by dolph lundgren and stone cold in the first one since their screen time was limited anyways? Yeah, i thought so to.

Because cramming more into a film that was already overstuffed, under-cooked, and absolutely shit-tastic is the best way to make a sequel! I pray everyone learned their lesson with the first, and this tanks hard!

Cool poster but gosh... if poster artists are going to slap a bunch of seperate floating heads together on one poster, at least make sure they look right together. The lighting looks similar throughout and then... Bruce Willis happened.

Hahaha, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. Somehow Norris, Willis, Schwarznegger, and Stallone were all standing directly in the light? Learn your photoshop people!
