Witch/Fri. 13th sites

Two teaser sites for two diametrically opposed films have recently surfaced on the interwebs.

The first is for Disney’s RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN, a remake of 1975’s ESCAPE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN, starring Dwayne Johnson as a cabbie who ends up having to protect two psychically powered children (AnnaSophia Robb and some blond kid) from some villainous organization who, of course, wants to exploit the kids’ powers. Carla Gugino co-stars as the gorgeous woman who destroys everyone with her hotness. Her hotness prevails March 13th of next year.

The second is for the FRIDAY THE 13TH remake that Michael Bay and his Platinum Dunes is turning into a terrifyingly sexy horror experience. Jared Padalecki, Danielle Panabaker and Amanda Righetti star as hot young people who get terrorized by a killer with a hockey fetish. You don’t need the full story. After 87 films, everyone knows what it’s about. The killings begin February 13th of next year.
