Plot: A sequel/reboot-ish entry in the hugely successful franchise - director Michael Bay himself gave an "AMAZING SPIDER-MAN" analogy in regards to the place this movie will have in relation to the first three. Bay has announced that the plot will take place four years after DARK OF THE MOON.
