Earlier this month Ammon told you all about how a couple of gorgeous females are set to star in AND SOON THE DARKNESS. Well today The Hollywood Reporter have word on a couple more names joining the cast… though they’re not anywhere near as smoking hot!
Those names are Karl Urban and Adriana Barraza. The duo are the latest to join the remake of the 1970 British thriller. Well that works. Urban’s been in a bunch of stuff and always gives solid work while Barraza (right) was mainly an international actress before her Oscar nominated performance in BABEL.
Urban and Barraza join Amber Heard (below) and Odette Yustman in Marcos Efron’s first directorial effort. The film is set in Argentina and tells the story of two American girls on a bike-riding trip in a remote part of the country. When one of them goes missing, the other must find her before darkness falls and her worst fears are realized. Interesting. Sounds like we’ve seen it twenty times before… but I’ll give it a shot, mainly because Heard and Yustman are f*cking gorgeous!
