Deadline reports that Start Motion Pictures has set 28 WEEKS LATER director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo to helm VILLAIN which will star Shia LaBeouf. The film is a psychological thriller written by Josh Zetumer who is also the scribe behind the upcoming ROBOCOP remake.
VILLAIN follows two brothers who mysteriously re-connect in an unforgiving wilderness.

Ah, gotta love those one sentence plot details! It's not much to go on just yet but it's certainly a start.
