A while back I told you about the upcoming horror flick SLAUGHTERED, based on the winning script of the Slamdance Film Festival Horror Screenplay Competition (check that out HERE). Today The Hollywood Reporter announced that the film is gearing up for production, casting three new hotties to star!

Directed by Victor Garcia (RETURN TO HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL), the flick just scored scream-queen Shawnee Smith (right), and hotties Erica Leerhsen and AnnaLynne McCord (below) to the cast! Equaling THREE ladies who are easy on the eyes in one fun filled horror flick! Leerhsen replaces Dominic Swain, who was originally cast, due to scheduling conflicts… shame, but Leerhsen is quite the looker too!

The threesome play actresses cast (unknowingly) in a Japanese snuff film. What a bummer, you finally get cast in a flick, and it ends up being your last… I hate when that happens! SLAUGHTERED co-stars some dudes too, mainly Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Eugenia Yuan, Karl Yune, and Jonathon Trent (not to be confused with Jonathon KENT…).

The additions of Smith (SAW), Leerhsen (THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE remake) and McCord (the upcoming DAY OF THE DEAD) pumped this from a low budget horror show, to one with some serious star power! Nice to see these ladies coming together for this one.

Filming is expected to begin shortly, so it could be as early as next fall when SLAUGHTER’s completed and released. Bring it on!
