Netflix unveils date for new epiosdes of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

What in the ham sandwich? It looks as if it won't be long before the female who's strong as hell returns to Netflix with new episodes of UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT. Rather than deliver a full season all at once, the first six episodes of the quirky comedy series will debut on May 30th, with the second half of the show's fourth season is set to arrive later in 2018.

Created by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, the three-time Emmy-nominated UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT follows Kimmy Schmidt (Ellie Kemper) as she continues to adjust to the 21st century and learn more about who she really is. Joining Kimmy on her journey are her best friend and roommate, Titus Andromedon (Tituss Burgess); her former-employer-turned-friend Jacqueline White (Jane Krakowski); and landlord Lillian Kaushtupper (Carol Kane).

At the end of the third season, we found Kimmy being turned down from crossing guard duties, though a new job opportunity had been waiting in the wings. Meanwhile, Jacquline and Titus were busy searching for ways to get Mikey, Titus' boyfriend, back. With each character having their own self-appointed mission to complete – whether it be for love or self-worth – it should be fun to see where they all stand at the start of the show's fourth season.
