I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when it was first announced that the blood-filled shenanigans of Ashley Williams (Bruce Campbell) would continue on television, there may even have been some eye rolling, but Ash vs Evil Dead has proven to be completely gruesome, totally absurd, and a ridiculous amount of fun. The upcoming third season of the Starz series will up the stakes considerably, with one hell of a massive Deadite. Ash, who has gone from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero, then discovers that he has a long lost daughter who's been entrusted to his care. When Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo) witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby’s (Lucy Lawless) fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo (Ray Santiago) that evil isn’t done with them yet. But evil will learn to never get in between a papa bear and his cub. Groovy.
