See how a superhero takes an evening stroll in this Jessica Jones teaser

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy, Jessica Jones has been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic private detective in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need… especially if they’re willing to cut her a check. Check out her stroll through Hell’s Kitchen in this latest teaser!

I’m certainly not the go-to guy when it comes to comic properties on TV, but I’ll be damned if Marvel isn’t hitting all the right notes with their Jessica Jones teasers. While Daredevil mostly delivered in terms of action, Jessica Jones looks like it will pull back the curtain on the superheroes that fall from grace (or never quite achieve it). It’s a great avenue to explore on Netflix and already has me pumped to see the crossovers these shows will have.

The first season of Jessica Jones will debut on Netflix on November 20th, 2015.
