New images of Spectre cast including Dave Bautista and Lea Seydoux

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

With filming underway on the follow-up to SKYFALL, the cast of SPECTRE took a break from filming the highly anticipated James Bond movie to pose for some candid photos atop a mountain in Austria. Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux, and Dave Bautista do not appear to be in costume for the photos but the mountain is a shooting location for the Sam Mendes film.

If anything, another look at SPECTRE as it continues to shoot is worth our time to get an idea at the scope of the movie. The mountain is located in Soelden which will be home to the film's production until February. They will utilize a cable car, the town's glacier road, and a tunnel. For a shoot lasting a month, I would expect to see some impressive skiing sequences that harken back to ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE.

No word on any of the other cast appearing for the shoot but I would expect at least a few to pop up. Maybe we will catch a glimpse of Ben Whishaw as Q delivering some new toys for 007 to play with. You know, aside from Seydoux.

SPECTRE opens on November 6, 2015.
