U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle served through four harrowing tours of duty in Iraq, personifying the spirit of the SEAL creed to “leave no one behind.” Clint Eastwood's AMERICAN SNIPER will tell that story with Bradley Cooper playing Kyle, respectively. The film will also examine what happens when Kyle returns home to his wife (Sienna Miller) and kids, as he discovers that war is not something you can just walk away from. The first trailer that hit was a heart-pounding exercise in intensity. This second trailer gives you a little more in terms of the scope of the film.

While this second trailer is not as conceptually powerful as the first, there's no doubts that Bradley Cooper is giving it his all in this. The raw emotion on display here is palpable and director Clint Eastwood looks like he's going to deliver audiences one of hell of an experience come this time next month. This looks like the real deal, folks, and I'm definitely going to be in a theater seat to watch it unfold.

AMERICAN SNIPER will be released on January 19, 2015.
