While this isn't an official announcement from Marvel, it looks like Dominic Cooper will be joining Hayley Atwell in ABC's upcoming Agent Carter television series, based on these recent comments from the actress. While speaking with The Telegraph about past pranks she has pulled on co-stars, Atwell said she can't wait to prank Dominic Cooper on the set of the new series.
He’s incredibly naughty. So I’m going to start the pranks as early as I can. He will come up with some very good ones, too.

It's been rumored for a while Dominic Cooper may appear in Agent Carter since he also starred in the Agent Carter Marvel One-Shot. Cooper will likely be involved with Agent Carter, but will it just be a guest appearance or will he be a series regular? If she's going on secret missions for Howard Stark, Dominic Cooper's involvement might be somewhere in the middle, showing up briefly in the episodes to explain the missions before sending carter on her way. Regardless of how much Dominic Cooper will be appearing in the series, I'm glad he will be back as Howard Stark for Agent Carter.
Agent Carter will premiere on ABC sometime in January 2015.
